Section 1 — Orders & Pickup
Q: Where do I pick up my order?
A: Pickups take place in the Closter, NJ Target/Whole Foods parking lot. After ordering, you’ll receive a text with the exact location and instructions.
Q: What are the pickup days & times?
A: Sundays & Mondays, 5–6 PM. If you need another time, message us and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
Q: How much notice do I need to place an order?
A: We bake fresh to order — please allow 3–5 days processing time depending on volume.
Section 2 — Local Delivery
Q: Do you offer local delivery?
A: Yes! We deliver within a 0–10 mile radius of Closter, NJ.
Delivery has a flat fee of $10 for 0-5 miles & $15 for 6-10 miles and requires a $25 minimum order. Over 10 miles: Not available (pickup or meetup only).
Q: When will my delivery arrive?
A: Delivery time is confirmed once the order is complete. You’ll receive a text to coordinate the best window.
Section 3 — Shipping
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes! Cookies & select treats ship nationwide. Shipping rates calculate at checkout.
Section 4 — Ingredients & Allergies
Q: Are your cookies nut-free?
A: Our bakery is nut-free, but not allergy-certified.
I am personally allergic to tree nuts and strive to prevent cross-contamination issues.
Q: Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
A: Yes — Vegan & Gluten-Free cookies are available for $5 each ($6 for Vegan + GF combined).
Section 5 — Custom & Corporate Orders
Q: Do you do corporate or event catering?
A: Yes — we offer bulk orders, custom branding & on-site pop-ups.

Section 6 — Storage & Reheating
Q: How do I store my cookies?
A: Keep at room temperature in an airtight container for 3–4 days, or freeze up to 2 months.
Q: How do I reheat cookies?
A: Warm in a 350° oven for 3–5 minutes for peak gooeyness ✨
Section 7 — Refunds & Processing Fees
In the rare event that an order must be cancelled or refunded due to fulfillment issues, customer non-response, or policy conflicts, the order will be refunded minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider (Shopify, credit card processor, etc.).
These fees are not returned to the business by the processor and therefore cannot be refunded to the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
