Shipping & Delivery Policy — Irie Delights Bakery

At Irie Delights Bakery, every order is baked fresh with care to ensure the highest quality and flavor. Please review our shipping & delivery terms prior to placing your order.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are freshly prepared and require 5–7 business days to process before shipping, delivery, or pickup.

⭐ Orders may be completed sooner.
Depending on production volume, many orders ship or are ready earlier than the 5–7 day window. If you have a time-sensitive request, please reach out — while we cannot guarantee rush fulfillment, we will always do our best to accommodate.

🥶 Thermal Packaging & Ice Packs

To help protect products from temperature changes during transit, we offer thermal insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee (shown at checkout).

Thermal packaging helps maintain product integrity but does not guarantee items will remain solid or frozen during shipping, especially in warmer climates or during carrier delays.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges:

  • Melted or softened items are not eligible for refund or replacement

  • Thermal packaging reduces risk but cannot eliminate it

🏠 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout.
When your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.

Available Pickup Locations

Customers may select a pickup location during checkout.

📍Pickup location will be included in your confirmation email. 

Current pickup options include: 

TaSH Farmers Market (Tarrytown, NY)

Piermont Farmers Market (Piermont, NY)

Regeneron Employee Market (Employees Only)

Closter Pickup

Orders must be placed in advance and are subject to bakery availability and market schedules.

Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive for pickup. Pickup dates are subject to market schedules and bakery availability. 

Market pickup options will appear at checkout only when available. 

Orders not collected within 24 hours of notification are considered abandoned and will not be refunded or replaced.

🚗 Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to select areas. Delivery timing and fees are shown at checkout.

A recipient must be present to receive the order.
If no one is available, the order will be left at the provided location and is considered successfully delivered.

📬 Nationwide Shipping

We currently ship select items nationwide.

  • Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays once packages are with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for melted, thawed, or heat-affected items.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Orders placed with incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.

📌 Delivery & Carrier Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Irie Delights Bakery is no longer liable for the package.

For delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
