Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Dislike of taste, flavor, or texture

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.
